Pacific National–Australia’s largest private rail freight operator–is seeking a Driver Trainer based at Coppabella. You will deliver hands-on and classroom training, assess competency and mentor train crews to meet Rail Safety Worker standards while supporting protected, high-performing operations.
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will develop individual training plans, manage records and collaborate with leaders to ensure consistent outcomes.
