What we’re looking for

n

We’re looking for experienced pub and hospitality professionals who can bring:

n

n
- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment
n
- Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
- The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
n
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
n
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
n
