The Role:
n
Working as a Trade Hub Administrator, this role is ideal for a qualified Carpenter (Cert III) looking to move off the tools and into an office-based position with future progression into site-based roles. You will be responsible for managing trade allocation workflows, subcontractor purchase orders, and supporting construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities:
n
n
- Managing trade desk allocation workflows
n
- Booking jobs inline with company policies
n
- Managing subcontractor purchase orders
n
- Escalating issues to the Trade Hub Manager
n
- Conducting daily integrations
n
- Uploading purchase orders
n
- Liaising with Supervisors
n
- Managing distribution of construction locks, keys and uniforms
n
- Onboarding new vendors
n
- Monitoring and maintaining vendor compliance in BuildSafe including insurances, licenses and SWMS
n
- Approving or rejecting vendor compliance submissions
n
- Inputting site coordinates
n
n
About You:
n
n
- You will hold a Carpentry Certificate III and have hands-on experience within the residential building industry.
n
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction is advantageous but not essential.
n
- You are highly organised, confident communicating with trades and supervisors, and comfortable working across multiple systems.
n
- You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, are motivated, composed under pressure, and able to use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Computer literacy and a willingness to contribute as part of a collaborative team are essential.
n
