Metroll is a trusted name in the Australian construction and manufacturing industry, supplying roofing, cladding, rainwater, structural and fencing products across the country. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Minto and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

About the Role

n

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment.

n

Working closely with the sales, production and operations teams, you will assist customers with product enquiries, quotations, order processing and delivery coordination.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

•Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions

n

•Preparing quotations and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

n

•Providing product information and support to customers, builders, contractors and trade partners

n

•Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders

n

•Managing customer records and maintaining accurate data within company systems

n

•Resolving customer issues and enquiries in a professional and timely manner

n

•Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

n

•Assisting the sales team with administrative and customer support activities

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

•Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar role

n

•Strong communication and relationship-building skills

n

•Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

n

•The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

n

•Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems

n

•A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

n

Desirable

n

•Experience within manufacturing, construction, building products or industrial industries

n

•Knowledge of steel building products or the construction industry

n

•Experience working with customer, sales or order management systems

n
