As Assistant Venue Manager with AVC, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue - leading from the front to create an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence across all departments.

Requirements

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
n
- Robust experience working in a gaming venue
n
- Strong experience working with TAB
n




- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
n
- Ability to conduct stocktakes and investigate stock losses
n
- Order and maintain par levels across beverage, food and venue consumables
n
- Train, performance manage and motivate staff
n
- RMLV & Approved Managers License
n
- Accommodation management experience, or exposure to hotel accommodation operations, will be highly regarded
