small rural public health service providing a mix of acute, sub-acute, aged care residential, and community services to Tallangatta and the surrounding district. About you
n
You are passionate about person centred-care and motivated to enhance the wellbeing of our consumers. You will also have;
n
n
- Current Nursing registration with AHPRA
n
- Demonstrated commitment to person-centred care
n
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Demonstrated knowledge and industry experience within a sub-acute, aged care or community setting
n
- Strong time management and problem solving abilities
n
- Commitment to continuous improvement
n
- Computer literacy with word-processing and data base programs
n
