nGlobal Enterprising Pty Ltd, trading as Solar 4 Life, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our growing team on a full time basis. Based in a fast-paced renewable energy business, this role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our office while supporting the administration, customer service, sales, and project teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys coordinating business operations and contributing to the continued growth of a leading solar solutions provider.n

nKey Responsibilities include but not limited to:n
n•Coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficient workflow and business continuity. n
n•Develop and implement office procedures that improve operational efficiency and service delivery. n
n•Supervise and support administrative staff, allocate workloads, and monitor performance to ensure tasks are completed effectively. n
n•Maintain accurate business records, office documentation, and administrative systems. n
n•Coordinate communication between management, sales consultants, installers, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth project administration. n
n•Assist with scheduling appointments, project documentation,
and administrative support for solar installation activities. n
n•Monitor office resources, arrange maintenance of office equipment, and ensure adequate supplies are available. n
n•Support recruitment, staff onboarding, leave administration, payroll coordination, and personnel record management. n
n•Assist management with budgeting, invoice processing, and monitoring administrative expenditure. n
n•Ensure office operations comply with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies, and relevant legislative obligations. n
n•Identify opportunities to improve office systems, administrative processes, and customer service outcomes. n
n•Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents as required by management. n
n
nQualifications:n
n•Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. n
n•Minimum 1 year experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative management role. n
n
nSkills and Other Requirements:n
n•Demonstrated experience managing office operations within a busy business environment. n
n•Previous experience in the construction, electrical, renewable energy, or trade services industry will be highly regarded. n
n•Strong leadership and people management skills. n
n•High level of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. n
n•Strong administrative, record management, and document control abilities. n
n•Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business management software. n
n•Knowledge of workplace health and safety and office compliance requirements.
