About the role
n Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‑on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time.
n As the frontline of our business, you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email — ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.

Duties

- Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
n
- Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
n
- Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great
n
- Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly
n

Skills & Experience n

nYou don’t need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping peoplen
n n
n

n
- Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
n
- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
n
- Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office
n
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
n
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
n
