GRAMS – GOS is seeking an Aboriginal Liaison & Outreach Officer to support Aboriginal clients in accessing culturally protected healthcare. You will coordinate appointments and referrals, advocate for patients, and work with communities and health providers to improve health outcomes across the Gascoyne region.
