Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor-Testing & Commissioning to join Powertech supporting our Brisbane office on a Full-Time Permanent Basis.

About The Role:

n

n
- n

Support the Senior Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of site testing and commissioning activities.

n

- n

Prepare and maintain site safety documentation, including Work Method Statements (WMS), SWMS, permits, risk assessments, and commissioning documentation.

n

- n

Conduct daily pre-start briefings, toolbox talks, and safety meetings with site personnel and contractors.

n

- n

Supervise testing and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project procedures,



specifications, and safety requirements.

- n

Coordinate commissioning interfaces with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.

n

- n

Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed in accordance with approved schedules.

- n

Assist with the preparation of test records, inspection reports, commissioning packs, and handover documentation.

- n

Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving site issues, defects, and commissioning constraints.

- n

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all work fronts.

- n

Support site inspections, audits, and compliance activities.

n

About You:

n

n
- n

Demonstrated experience in testing and commissioning, construction supervision, or oil & gas projects.

n

nn
- n

Strong understanding of site safety requirements, permit systems, and risk management processes.

n

nn
- n

Experience leading work crews and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a live project setting.

n
- n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

n
- n

Ability to read and interpret commissioning procedures, drawings, and technical documentation.

n

- n

HV Protection experience highly regarded.

n

nn
- n

Relevant trade qualification, diploma, or engineering qualification preferred.
n
