About the role Reporting directly to the Group Workplace Relations Manager, the role will be responsible to: Provide practical advice on workforce performance and disciplinary matters.
Support/Provide practical advice to leaders on performance matters, behavioral issues, employee grievances.
Interpret and advise on the Fair Work Act, employment contracts and industrial instruments.
Conduct workplace investigations - evidence plans, interviews and findings report writing Assist in the continuous improvement of ER/IR policies and procedures Keep abreast of legislation and regulations in HR/IR.
Utilise an online Workplace Relations case work system.
Contribute to broader Workplace Relations projects and initiatives.
