Latrobe City Council is seeking a Coordinator Safety & Wellbeing in Morwell for a full time fixed-term role. You will lead safety, wellbeing, injury management and child safety programs, working with leaders to drive a positive safety culture and senior management to achieve strategic outcomes.
You’ll mentor a small specialist team, provide trusted guidance on legislation, and monitor compliance while partnering with stakeholders to improve workforce wellbeing across the organisation.
