Job Description:
n Experience with broad variety of ERP applications and data/digital projects in a business-facing capacity (candidates must demonstrate successful project management and delivery of system implementations, migrations, integration etc across the full IT solution delivery lifecycle)
n Must demonstrate an autonomous, proactive, can-do attitude and have proven flexibility in managing a wide variety of project types successfully.
n Must be prepared to manage smaller, multiple concurrent projects if required.
n Stakeholder relationship management experience and co-design in large complex organizations.
n Project/programme management of a complex program with multiple organizations involved. Demonstrate strong planning and structured approach to project delivery, must be highly competent in putting together project plans using Microsoft Project.
n Experience in building and managing effective project teams. Experience with change management (both business and IT) for complex programmers. Demonstrate positive negotiation and influencing skills. Politically and organisationally savvy. A project/programme qualification and exposure to a range of project methodologies (e.g. Agile/PRINCE2 Agile/PMBOK).
n Experience with Clarity or other Project Management tools. Experience with projects involving the following solutions is desirable but not mandatory:
n ERP implementations/migrations/upgrades (JDE, SAP) Work Management / Field Services (e.g. Kronos, Microsoft Dynamics Field Services)
