The Better Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Community Health Nursing team at Launch Housing Southbank Crisis Accommodation in Melbourne. This full time, fixed-term role focuses on nurse-led primary healthcare for people experiencing homelessness, with a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

You will perform comprehensive health assessments, immunisation, wound care, and care coordination, working autonomously within harm-reduction and trauma-informed frameworks.
