About the Organistion
n Join a well-established not-for-profit organisation making a genuine difference in the community. Due to changes within the finance team, they are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide immediate support across month-end reporting, analysis and operational finance.
About the Role
n Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll work closely with operational leaders and the broader finance team across a diverse portfolio of programs and cost centres. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage month-end reporting across multiple cost centres and programs
n
- Analyse results and provide commentary on budget variances
n
- Present financial results to operational budget owners
n
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, including revenue accruals
n
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
n
- Assist with acquittals and respond to operational finance queries
n
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information
n

About You n




nYou'll be a confident Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner who can quickly get across a busy environment and build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders. You will ideally have:n

- Strong management accounting and month-end experience
n
- Experience managing multiple cost centres or programs
n
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
n
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- TechnologyOne experience will be highly regarded
n
- Not-for-profit, government grants/acquittals or home care experience is advantageous but not essential
n
