We're looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences. Your responsibilities include:

- Managing your own busy section with precision and passion.

- Following and upholding standard recipes, processes, and procedures.
n
- Striving to create dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

- Collaborating harmoniously with a dynamic and talented kitchen team.

- Thriving under pressure during high-paced service periods.

- Maintaining a high level of organisation and exceptional time management.

What You'll Bring

n

We're seeking someone who:

n

- Holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
n
- Has at least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant workplace.

- Possesses a true passion for the culinary arts and thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
n
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to a supportive team culture.
n
- Is adaptable, highly organised, and committed to upholding the highest standards.
n
- Holds a valid driver's license with access to a car.
n
- Has full working rights in Australia.
