EnerMech is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) Technicians for upcoming maintenance, shutdown and turnaround projects across major industrial sites in the Gladstone region.

n

About the Opportunities n

Successful candidates may be engaged in a variety of activities, including:

n

n
- Preventative and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems
n
- Calibration, testing and commissioning of field instruments
n
- Fault finding and troubleshooting of control systems and instrumentation equipment
n
- Shutdown and turnaround execution
n
- Loop checks and functional testing
n
- Maintenance of transmitters, analyzers,



valves and associated instrumentation
n
- Supporting plant reliability and operational performance
n
- Adhering to site safety and quality procedures
n

n
Requirements n
nTo Be Successful, You Will Have n

n
- Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control or Electrical/Instrumentation Trade Qualification
n
- Current Queensland Electrical Work Licence (where applicable)
n
- Current LVR/CPR certification
n
- White Card (Construction Induction)
n
- Previous experience in heavy industry, LNG, mining, power generation, manufacturing, chemical processing or similar environments
n
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement
n
- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening
n

Highly Regarded nn
- Certificate IV in Electrical – Instrumentation
n
- Experience with plant shutdowns and brownfield maintenance
n
- Hazardous Area (EEHA) qualifications
n
- Working at Heights
n
- Confined Space Entry
n
- Gas Testing qualifications
n
- PLC, DCS or SCADA system exposure
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
