Journey Early Learning Parap is seeking a passionate Educational Leader to join our recent 98-place centre opening in November . You'll lead pedagogy, mentor educators, and establish a culture of quality from day one, working closely with the Centre Manager and founding team.

You'll support reflective practice, embed high-quality early childhood programs, and build confident educators across the service, creating robust relationships with children, families and staff.
