THE ROLE
n An exciting opportunity exists in Port Melbourne, VIC for a commercially driven red meat sales professional to drive growth across further processed, portion-controlled and ready-to-cook products. Reporting to the Group Commercial Manager, you will manage key customer relationships, secure new business and develop profitable sales opportunities across retail, food service and distribution.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Grow revenue and market share across value-added beef products.
n
- Manage and develop key customer relationships.
n
- Secure current high-volume contracts and negotiate commercial agreements.
n
- Drive profitable sales across retail and food service.
n
- Identify new product and market opportunities.
n
- Work closely with production, marketing,



QA and operations teams.
n
- Monitor market trends, pricing, stock and competitor activity.
n
- Contribute to new product development and commercialisation.
n

THE REQUIREMENTS n
n

n
- 5+ years' B2B sales experience in beef processing or the red meat sector.
n
- Strong understanding of value-added meat processing.
n
- Proven success in sales growth, negotiation and account management.
n
- Strong commercial acumen, including margins, pricing and forecasting.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Experience with retail, food service or food distribution customers is highly desirable.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous.
n
