Vital Chemical is seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join our growing team at our Seventeen-Mile Rocks facility.

n

You will be the face and voice of the business, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration and facilities needs of the office. This varied role combines front-of-house responsibilities with administrative and operational support, helping to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

n

This is a permanent part-time role, ideally working Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm . These school-friendly hours provide an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a rewarding role that offers consistency and flexibility around other commitments.

What You’ll Do:

n

n
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a qualified and welcoming experience.
n
- Coordinate visitor sign-in and sign-out processes.
n
- Manage incoming calls, direct enquiries and relay messages promptly.
n
- Monitor the enquiries inbox and ensure requests are actioned or forwarded as appropriate.
n
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and courier deliveries.
n
- Maintain office supplies and stationery stock levels, placing orders as required.
n
- Coordinate grocery, kitchen and office consumable orders to ensure facilities remain well stocked and presentable.
n
- Support the presentation and upkeep of office facilities, meeting rooms and communal areas.

- Organise meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering and meeting setup.
n
- Assist with general administrative tasks and projects to support business operations.
n

About You:

n

- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
n
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
n
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
n
- Strong attention to detail.
n
- Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills.
n
- Experience in similar role advantageous however not essential.
n
- Valid drivers licence.
n
- Willing to obtain police check, licence history record and undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
