nThe AWS Brick and Network Deployment (BaND) team is searching for a passionate and talented Program Manager. As a Program Manager, you will collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers, as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction. You will identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.n

n- 2+ years of program or project management experiencen
n- Bachelor's degree or equivalentn
n- 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experiencen
n- Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulasn
n- 1+ year of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experiencen
n- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLn
n- 1+ year of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experiencen
n- 1+ year of leading complex programs experiencen
