/n Description: About The Role
Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a qualified Boilermaker to join our fabrication team in Toowoomba on a full-time, permanent 5/2 roster (or the option for casual if preferred)
/n This is a great opportunity to join an established business delivering high-quality project and maintenance services across a range of industries.
With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you’ll contribute by:

/n
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
/n
- Perform fabrication and welding activities to required standards
/n
- Ensure all work is completed in line with quality, safety, and compliance requirements
/n
- Follow LEAN and 5S principles to maintain an efficient and organised workspace
/n
- Complete relevant documentation, permits, and reporting requirements
/n
- Collaborate effectively within a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
/n
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role: /n
/n
- Certificate III in Boilermaking (minimum requirement)
/n
- Proven experience welding to piping and structural standards
/n
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (GTAW, FCAW, SMAW, GMAW)
/n
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
/n
- Experience working within quality assurance and testing environments
/n
- Strong safety mindset with experience in permits, JSEAs and procedure
/n
- Forklift license (desirable).
