/n - CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Representative who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to hit the ground running. As the face of our brand, you'll be on the front line delivering an exceptional in-store experience, building connections with customers, and showcasing the creativity that defines us.

What you'll be doing: /n - Be the go-to person for customers - from friendly chats to product demos that wow.

/n - Turn browsers into buyers by hitting sales goals and celebrating team wins.
/n - Keep things running smooth - process sales with ease and know your products inside out.
/n - Make the store shine with eye-catching displays and a clean, organised vibe.




/n - Stay on top of stock - help with deliveries, restocks, and keeping shelves full.

/n - Solve problems with a smile - whether it's questions, returns, or special requests.

What we're looking for:

- At least 1 year retail experience.

/n - Confident communicator with solid English skills.

/n - Flexible with shifts and availability to support all stores within a state.
/n - Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools.
/n - Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
/n - Team player who collaborates and supports others.
/n - Proactive, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
/n - High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
