- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service

/n

- Lead and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service

/n

- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

/n

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers as needed

/n

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, protected working environment

/n

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently

/n

- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability

/n

- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management

/n

- Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, making critical decisions to maintain operations

Qualifications /n

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in a fast-paced dining environment

/n

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team

/n

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences

/n

- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems

/n

- Strong organizational and time management skills

/n

- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment

/n

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards

/n

- Experience with inventory management and cost control

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

- Food Safety Certification

- Understanding of food and beverage industry trends

/n

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
