Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a diverse and seasonal menu that reflects our culinary vision.

/n

- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

/n

- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.

/n





- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

/n

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.

/n

- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef.

/n

- Eligible for working holiday visa.

/n

- Solid culinary skills with a passion for creative cuisine.

/n

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

/n

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
