As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will: n

- Lead with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring our visitors and guests have a memorable and wonderful stay and great dining experience.
n
- Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
n
- Recruit, train and welcome recent F&B; team members and encourage them to live the HEARTIST way.
n

Qualifications and Requirements nn
- Previous hospitality or F&B; supervisory experience
n
- Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
n
- Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise.




n
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to extend yourself to assisting your colleagues where needed, maintaining high levels of communication with the Kitchen and Front Office teams.
n
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager - essential prior to starting
n
- Flexible with hours - able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Barista or cocktail experience is a bonus!
