n The Harvey Norman O'Connor Bedding Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Bedding 2IC to join them in delivering Outstanding Service, Always! to their customers.

As a 2IC you have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

n · Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills

What we require:
n · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
n · Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team




n · Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
n · Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
n · Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
n · Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
n · Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
