Our client is a well-established North Gold Coast accounting practice seeking a polished, proactive and highly organised Senior Client Services Administrator to become the central support person for their busy professional team. This is a pivotal front-of-house and administration role where you'll manage client interactions, coordinate daily operations and support accountants with essential administrative, compliance and client service functions.

The Role:

Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for clients

n

- n

Coordinate client appointments, meetings and diary management for the accounting team

n

nn
- n

Liaise professionally with clients, accountants, the ATO and external providers

n

nn
- n

Prepare, process and send digital forms including Docusign and electronic lodgements

n

nn
- n

Maintain accurate client databases, records and documentation systems

n

nn
- n

Assist with tax agent administration and client list management

n

nn
- n

Support accountants with administrative and compliance-related tasks

n

nn
- n

Manage scanning, filing and general office coordination duties

n

nn
- n

Provide high-level administrative support within a busy, high-service qualified office

About You:

n

- n

Minimum 2+ years' experience within an accounting practice or skilled services administration role

n

- n

Corporate presentation with exceptional customer service capability

n

nn
- n





Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner

n

nn
- n

Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills

n

nn
- n

High attention to detail and accuracy

n

nn
- n

Ability to multitask, prioritise and self-manage in a busy environment

Calm, proactive and confident supporting high-expectation clients

- n

Experience with Sage Handisoft, Tax Agent Portal, Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks advantageous
