About the role:

- Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by offering personalised fragrance consultations across the L’Oréal Luxe portfolio
n
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs , contributing to overall counter performance
n
- Develop solid client relationships through expert fragrance knowledge, storytelling, and follow-up service
n
- Maintain a visually stunning and organised counter , reflecting the prestige and elegance of the brands
n
- Stay up to date with fragrance trends, launches, and brand education , sharing insights with clients and teammates
n
- Support in-store events, activations, and brand promotions , driving traffic and engagement
n
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control , ensuring availability of bestsellers and new releases
n
- Collaborate with your team and store partners to deliver a consistent, high-standard customer experience
n
- Uphold grooming standards and brand presentation to reflect the luxury image of L’Oréal Luxe
