We are looking for a Client Success, Team Lead, for rapidly expanding payment technology company in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is an immediate opening for a full time, permanent position.

This is an ideal position for an energetic individual who prefers the dynamics of working in a small, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities n

- Team Lead, supervisor experience with 4 -6 CS team members.
n
- Onboarding new Merchants from application to go live.
n
- Day to day account management with existing merchant base.
n
- Client focus, with solid phone etiquette.
n

Requirements nn
- Prior experience in a Client Success team lead role.
n
- 2+ years' experience with a Financial Technology or SaaS company.

n
- Background in Merchant Card Processing preferred.
n
- Willing to travel and attend seminars.
n
- Ability to commute to an office-based position daily.
n
- Demonstrated ability to train people
