What You’ll Do n

- Lead the kitchen with creativity, precision, and passion.

- Support menu development and execution alongside the Head Chef.

- Mentor and inspire your team, driving consistency and excellence in every service.

- Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and presentation.
n

What We’re Looking For n

n
- Experience as a Chef De Parite, Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a high-volume, elevated or hatted-style restaurant.
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
n




- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
n
- Food safety certification and a commitment to kitchen excellence.
n
- Salary: from $80K + Super
