GLAS is hiring a Junior Transaction Manager in Sydney/Melbourne to support the ongoing management of a portfolio of 35–45 syndicated loans. You will collect and analyze financial statements, interpret deal terms, and service existing clients in a rapid-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You will collaborate with the GLAS team to deepen knowledge of syndicated loans, coordinate with lenders, and ensure timely compliance with KYC and documentation requirements.
