Novotel Melbourne on Collins, part of Accor, is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office. You will greet guests, provide friendly, knowledgeable service, handle inquiries and complaints, and assist with reservations when needed.

You must be fluent in English, present well, and capable of multi-tasking in a busy hotel setting. A passion for hospitality, solid communication skills and a adaptable 7-day roster are essential.
