Family Medical Practices (FMP) is seeking an organized Assistant Practice Manager to support leadership across its sites, ensuring outstanding accreditation, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

The role focuses on coordinating reception, nursing, and admin teams, staff onboarding, development, and building robust relationships with GPs, allied health, suppliers and external stakeholders. A proactive, confidential qualified with at least 2 years in medical settings is preferred.
