The Opportunity

Based in Westfield Knox this hands‐on leadership role puts you in charge of everything that keeps the store running like clockwork.
n
Leading a team of Retail Sales Assistants, you'll drive commercial results while shaping a team culture people genuinely want to be part of.

This role needs you to have the ability to develop and inspire people, and the discipline to run a tight, commercially solid store. If you have retail sales management

What You'll Do

Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.

Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training.

Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising.

Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.

Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally.
