Oncall Language Services in Melbourne seeks a Customer Service Officer to join the South Melbourne team on an ongoing basis with adaptable full-time or part time options. You will respond to inbound calls, capture requirements, and guide clients through our language service solutions.

You'll own client outcomes, build rapport with customers and our labor-hire workforce, and contribute to a positive team culture while meeting targets in a Monday–Friday, in office role.
