Blacktown City Council is seeking a Ground-based Arborist to maintain street and park trees, support planting programs and assist aerial crews to keep the urban canopy protected and healthy. You will prune and remove trees from ground level, operate chippers and stump grinders, and help with planting and establishing current trees.
You will work in a small team, share knowledge with apprentices, and contribute to secure, well-presented public spaces. Ongoing training and development are provided.
