About the role:

n

As an Accountant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

n

n
- n

Monthly reporting and analysis.

n
- n

Journals, accruals and prepayments.

n
- n

Maintaining the fixed asset register.

n
- n

Inventory accounting.

n
- n

Cost allocations and balance sheet reconciliations.

n
- n

Supporting audits, group reporting and compliance requirements.

n
- n

Tax compliance including FBT schedules, income tax schedules for tax‑effect accounting.

n
- n

Payment times reporting.

n
- n

Business partnering with departments including IT, HR, Production, Digital, Circulation and Events.

About you:

n

Ideally, you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a genuine passion for accounting and problem-solving. You will bring a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills and commitment to accuracy along with the following attributes:

Accounting degree and/or working towards CA/CPA completion.

n
- n

Experience in a finance or accounting role.

n
- n

Strong attention to detail and great time management.

n
- n

Able to manage competing deadlines.

n
- n





Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Flexible, proactive and team‑focused.

- n

Ability to partner with leaders across the business and maintain valuable relationships.
