Qualified Search Group (PSG) is currently looking for an experienced Python Developer to help design, build, and scale the services that power its AI-driven video analytics platform. Working closely with AI and machine learning teams, you'll play a key role in architecting production systems, deploying ML models, and driving technical excellence across the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
n
- Own architectural decisions around performance, reliability, and scalability
n
- Develop and optimise PostgreSQL/MySQL databases
n
- Deploy and operate containerised services using Docker
n
- Work alongside AI engineers to productionise machine learning models
n
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- 5 years' backend software engineering experience
n
- Strong Python development skills
n
- Experience designing and operating production systems
n
- Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
n
- Experience with Docker and containerised environments
n
- Exposure to deploying ML models into production
n
- Collaborative mindset with strong mentoring capabilities
n
