The Role
n As a Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of client relationships while contributing to leadership and firm direction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Work on a portfolio of SME clients across tax and advisory
n
- Reviewing financial statements, income tax returns and complex compliance work
n
- Providing practical, commercial and legislative advice
n
- Leading, mentoring and reviewing work of junior and intermediate staff
n
- Managing workflow, deadlines and client expectations
n
- Acting as a trusted adviser and key point of contact for clients
n
- Working closely with Directors on strategy, growth and succession planning
n

What You'll Bring n
n

- CA or CPA qualification
n
- Proven experience at a Senior Accountant level within public practice
n
- Strong technical background across taxation and business services
n
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring or portfolio management experience
n
- Confidence managing clients independently
n
- Commercial mindset with strong communication skills
n
- Ambition to progress into a leadership or Partner-level role
n
