We are seeking experienced Mechanical / HVAC Supervisors to join major Tier 1 commercial construction projects across Perth.

n

$120K – $150K + Super + Vehicle + Benefits & Relocation Packages Provided

n

Working alongside the Project Manager and Site Management team, you will be responsible for supervising HVAC and mechanical installation works on site , coordinating trades and subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

n

Projects include healthcare, defence, government, education, airports, hotels, data centres and major commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Supervise day-to-day HVAC and mechanical installation works
n
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site resources
n




- Monitor programme, quality, safety and progress
n
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
n
- Coordinate works with builders and other trades
n
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and site teams
n
- Identify and resolve site issues
n
- Ensure works are completed to project specifications and Australian Standards
n

Requirements nn
- Minimum 4 years' HVAC / mechanical construction experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK
n
- Previous experience supervising HVAC / mechanical installation teams
n
- Tier 1 commercial construction experience highly desirable
n
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation, drawings and construction processes
n
- Trade qualification, engineering qualification or relevant industry experience
n
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
n
