n This host company is a global supplier of an extensive range of vertical access man lifts ranging from 3.8 to 20 m working heights. Founded in 2003, it was created with an objective to specialise in the design, manufacture, marketing, and distribution of vertical access personnel lifts for the Australian & International markets.

Tasks:

n

n
- Through a qualified mechanical engineering perspective, improve existing products and participate in the design of future models

n
- Conduct testing and performance verification of machines as required

n
- Provide mechanical troubleshooting and periodic inspections of machines for customers

n
- Interact and communicate with professionals globally to continually solve mechanical problems and provide effective solutions

n
- Through the analysis and solicitation of information, establish reports and proposals

n

Requirements n

About You:

n

n
- Mechanical engineering qualification

n
- Driver’s License

n
- Eligibility to work in Australia

n
- Health & reference checks prior to commencing employment

n
- Preference would be given to candidates with knowledge in any of the following areas:

n n
- Some industry experience in Elevated Work Platforms

n
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English

n
- Familiarity with mechanical component design

n
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and controls

n
- Multi-tasking skills & quick-thinking ability

- Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
