Peninsula Australia is seeking a Claims Representative to join our Employment Relations team in Sydney.
Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will advocate for our members at conciliation meetings or at the Fair Work Commission, handling investigations and preparing submissions.
You will triage and manage employment claims, draft documents to deadlines, and deliver transparent, practical advice with empathy.
Prior experience in employment relations is preferred, with solid negotiation and
