The Essentials:

Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
n
- n
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
n
- n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and a paid NSW WWCC clearance.
n
- n
A "can-do" attitude and willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
n
- n
Bonus points if you hold a Cert III or IV in Disability—though your hands-on drive is what matters most!
n

Please Note: To be considered for this Support Worker role under the SCHADS Award, applicants must hold valid, independent Australian working rights, as Westhaven does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
