Eligibility - For People with Disability n

This program is exclusively for people with disability , including (but not limited to): autism, ADHD, learning differences, intellectual disability, mental health conditions, neurological conditions, mobility limitations, sensory impairments,



chronic health conditions.

Provide one form of evidence , such as:

- Clinician/allied health report
n
- Disability Support Pension evidence
n
- NDIS Plan or Access Letter
n
- School/education disability verification
n (or any document confirming functional impact for 12+ months)

About the Role - ICT Support Trainee n

Join an IT team and build foundational tech support skills.
n You will learn to:

n

- Set up devices and user accounts
n
- Troubleshoot common software/hardware issues
n
- Log and manage support tickets
n
- Apply cyber safe practices
n
- Communicate clearly with end users
n

n

Qualification: Nationally recognised IT qualification (e.g., Cert III in Information Technology) - confirmed at offer stage.
