Salary: $100k - $115k + Superannuation + Bonus + Incentives n

nWe're partnering with one of Australia's most recognised hospitality brands on the opening of a major new flagship venue in Brisbane CBD.n
nAnd this isn't a role for someone who simply wants to inherit an operation and keep it ticking.n
nWe're looking for a commercially minded, high-energy Venue Manager who wants to build something. Someone who understands what makes a large, high-volume venue successful, knows the Brisbane market and can turn a great location into a genuinely great business.n
The opportunity

nYou'll take ownership of a significant new CBD venue from opening and play a key role in establishing its team, culture, customer experience and commercial performance.n
nYes, you'll be highly visible in the venue. But you'll also be thinking beyond today's service.n
nWhere is the next revenue opportunity? How do we increase volume? Who should we be partnering with locally? How do we build repeat visitation? What does the team need to perform at its best?n
nThe role carries genuine accountability for revenue and EBITDA growth, cost control, operational performance and developing a strong management team.n
nYou'll also have the opportunity to build relationships with local businesses and the wider Brisbane community,



creating initiatives and partnerships that drive awareness, engagement and sales.n
Who we're looking for

nYou could currently be running a large restaurant, bar, hospitality precinct or premium high-volume venue.n
nMore important than the type of venue is how you operate.n
nYou're commercially sharp and understand the numbers behind a successful venue. You're an exceptional people leader who can build, coach and retain strong management teams. You love hospitality and aren't afraid to be hands-on when the venue is pumping.n
nYou're also connected to Brisbane. You understand the CBD, its customers, businesses, events and rhythms, and you'll have ideas about how to make a new venue part of that ecosystem.n
nWe're looking for someone with experience at Venue Manager or GM level, strong commercial acumen, proven people leadership, resilience and the ability to perform in a high-pressure workplace.n
