West HQ is seeking customer service professionals to join our Customer Service team. Based in the Rooty Hill RSL Club, we have a team of Receptionists and Concierge staff who greet and sign in our Members and Guests while providing key information and direction.
This role also involves ensuring RSA compliance when allowing entry to the venue, and requires exceptional communication and a friendly, helpful demeanour. Casual rate applies with penalties for evenings and weekends.
