Responsibilities

PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES:

n

- Actively identify, qualify, and convert small-medium fleets (<25 Trucks) to Howmet products, using supplied and sourced online research tools (Salesforce, Association Databases).
n
- Responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with top Truck, Parts and Tyre dealers to maximise sales and profit of Howmet products.
n
- n

Co-ordinate with Marketing on generating E-Commerce sales by creating opportunities at fleet.

n
- Actively co-ordinate with State BDM’s on medium-large Fleets (25+ Trucks) leads to maximise conversion.
n
- Monitor and maximise the conversion of truck/trailer set quotations.
n
- Regularly update SF system with customer touch points and maintain opportunities.
n
- Maintain leads in SF.
n
- Co-ordinate with marketing on building sales of Howmet products online.
n
- Identification of new product and market opportunities to solve our customers problems.
n
- Back up for CSR’s n n
- Input of Sales Orders into system,



inclusive of tyre fitting orders into the schedule.
n
- Release of Customer Orders as required.
n
- Maintain Open Sales Order File.
n

n
- Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly sales analysis and forecasting.
n
- Sales - downgraded product.
n
- Liaison with Stock Co-Coordinator for stock purchases
n

n

OTHER:

- Reports and spreadsheets as directed by the Commercial Director.
n

n

FREIGHT:

- Monitor contracted Carrier Performance - Cost/Service/Quality
n
- Minimize freight costs to Company
n
- Administer Company Freight Policy
n

Qualifications n
n

- Commercial background
n
- Outstanding relationship building skills and commercial flair
n
- Being familiar with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
n
- Accuracy and efficiency administrative tasks
n
- n
