Senior Civil Designer/Lead n
nWe are currently partnering Australian property & infrastructure consultancy, who are looking for a Senior Civil Designer (12d) to be based in their new Adelaide office. They have 400+ employees and operate in all major cities on the East Coast. Excellent company ethos, employee longevity and supportive culture. n
About the opportunity n
nYou would be responsible for coordinating all aspects of design and have the opportunity to build a team as the business continues to grow. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of integrated projects and enjoy diversity in your work. n
nMain responsibilities include: n

- Driving project performance and service delivery through positive technical outcomes for the client
n
- Proactively identify and resolve technical design issues with the client and wider design team and manage design interface.
n
- Lead the compilation of tender documents, client reporting, and contract negotiations.
n
- Liaise closely with industry and stakeholders to win work and continue business growth.
n




- Collaborating with interstate teams and engineering professionals across the business.
n

About you n
nYou will be an experienced Civil Designer, with previous experience in land division projects in Australia. Ideally, you will enjoy mentoring junior members of the team and leading design with a technical approach. n
nEssential requirements: n

n
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary consultancy.
n
- Relevant qualification with adequate industry experience.
n
- Strong design capabilities, 12D, AutoCAD and DRAINS.
n
- Ability and desire to lead a team.
n
