Located right on the Mandurah waterfront, The Peninsula is a busy and vibrant venue offering everything from pub favourites and shared plates through to seasonal, produce-driven dishes.

With lunch and dinner service 7 days a week, live entertainment, functions and a busy events calendar, there's always something happening in the kitchen. We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time salaried basis.

About the Role

n

As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality food across busy services.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

Running your section efficiently during service

n
- n

Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard

n
- n

Completing daily mise en place and preparation

n
- n

Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control

n
- n

Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

n
- n

Assisting with stock control and minimising food wastage

n
- n

Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen hygiene

n
- n

Supporting and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team

n
- n

Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture

n

About You

n





We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a rapid-paced setting and takes pride in their food.

You'll ideally have:

n

- n

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy commercial kitchen

n
- n

Strong food preparation and cooking skills

n
- n

The ability to confidently manage your own section

n
- n

A solid work ethic and positive attitude

n
- n

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

n
- n

Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene

n
- n

The ability to remain calm, organised and focused during busy services

n
- n

A genuine passion for hospitality and developing your career
